Dispatch Cut-Off Times

  • Monday–Friday

    • Order by 3 pm for same-day dispatch

    • Orders after 3 pm dispatched next working day

  • Saturday

    • Order by 12pm for Saturday dispatch

    • Orders after 12pm will be dispatched on Sunday

  • Sunday

    • Order by 12pm for same day dispatch, All Sunday orders after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday

Express Free Next Day Delivery

Express Free Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £300. Select your preferred service at checkout.

Click & Collect

  • Available on eligible products (look for the “Click & Collect” badge).

  • Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up in store:

    • By 3 pm Mon–Fri → ready same day

    • After 3 pm Mon–Fri, or weekend orders → ready next working day

Tracking & Notifications

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.

  • You can also view status updates any time by logging into your account.
