Dispatch Cut-Off Times
Monday–Friday
- Order by 4 pm for same-day dispatch
- Orders after 4 pm dispatched next working day
Saturday
- Order by 12 pm for Saturday dispatch
- Orders after 12 pm will be dispatched on Sunday
Sunday
- Order by 12 pm for Sunday dispatch
- Orders after 12 pm dispatched on Monday

Express Free Next Day Delivery
Express Free Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £300. Select your preferred service at checkout.
Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up in store:
- By 4 pm Mon–Fri → ready same day
- After 4 pm Mon–Fri, or weekend orders → ready next working day
Tracking & Notifications
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.
- You can also view status updates any time by logging into your account.
